BOOKING

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment (will go towards your total).
This deposit is refundable or transferable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment
It is NOT transferable to another person

PAYMENT/PRICE

Cash, e-transfer and all major credit cards are accepted.
Please note, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total for all card payments.
No refunds.

RE-SCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice via text to (647) 407 - 5036 to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

LATE/NO SHOW

If you are going to be late or cannot make it to your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact as soon as possible via phone call or text to (647) 407 - 5036
Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late (with notice) may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.
Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late OR do not show up to the appointment without giving any notice will be considered a ‘No Show’ and will be required to pay 100% of the booked service before scheduling another appointment.

EXISTING WORK

If you have existing permanent makeup, please send photos to info@permanentbeautybysam for a consultation before booking an appointment.

RESULTS/GUARANTEE

Individual results vary from client to client and are extremely dependent on how you heal.
Although premium products are used and high quality service is provided, there is NO GUARANTEE for permanent makeup results.
Factors such as client’s aftercare, skin type, and personal lifestyle will directly contribute to the final results.
Some may require additional touch ups (charged accordingly) to achieve their desired results.
