Welcome! I’m Samantha Dunscombe, founder of Permanent Beauty by Sam, located in Wasaga Beach! I am a four times certified permanent make up artist formerly from the GTA, specializing in Permanent makeup: Eyeliner, Powder Brows, Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization. I also provide PHI Bright Microneedling which is an advanced skincare treatment. After being certified through the PHI Academy I quickly developed a passion for the permanent makeup industry and have been blessed to transform so many incredible faces! I have made it my mission to understand the science of colour theory and pride myself in this knowledge. This is one of the many things I hold dear to my heart as it helps me achieve the most natural looking permanent makeup for all of my clients.

Permanent Beuaty by Sam has passed all inspections for the health department and town of Wasaga Beach/Simcoe county.
I use only the safest and highest quality pigments for all services: powder brows, lip blush, lip neutralization and eyeliner, to minimize the risk of allergic reactions or infections. All pigments are cruelty free and are formulated with the upmost care and consideration for skin health, ensuring they are non-toxic, hypoallergenic and free from harmful chemicals.
